The self-leveling spring-loaded design helps reduce variation during puck prep, while the ripple base and solid walnut handle bring together control, durability, and a more refined espresso workflow. Each set includes 20lb, 25lb, and 30lb interchangeable springs, with the 30lb spring pre-installed.
