Built specifically for La Pavoni post-millennium lever machines, the KNODOS 51.5mm Espresso Tamper is designed for a closer, more precise fit in compatible 51mm baskets used on models produced after 2000 with 60mm group heads.

The self-leveling spring-loaded design helps keep tamping more even and repeatable, while the ripple base supports cleaner puck prep and a more refined espresso workflow. Each set includes 20lb, 25lb, and 30lb interchangeable springs, with the 30lb spring pre-installed for a firmer default feel.
